The machine we designed specially for bottle water rinsing filling capping:

1. Rinsing section

The rinsing nozzle we designed can spray water to every corner of bottle easily, will clean the bottles as required, during running, it will result little noise;

2. Filling part

The filling valves we designed in our 5L bottle filling machine can fill water into bottles efficiently and precisely. During filling process, the machine will never touch the bottle parts above bottle neck, to avoid the second time pollution;

All our machine is made of Stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316, even with high speed running, our machine can run stably;

3. Capping part

Adopt magnetic capping designing, have overload protection, and with reliable torque, even in high capping speed will be without crooked cap.

1) Transmission system: Motor, spindle, worm, limit position electric eye;

2) Auto capping put down system: Micro-motor, stirring cap handling device, under cap tracks;

3) Capping system: it mainly includes gland mold, capping head.
